Once client has approved the design, then I will submit file to production to be printed. Once file has been submitted to production, NO changes can be made to the design.

Once client agrees with estimate that is provided, I will then begin the design process. All design work will be designed by me.

Once design is complete, a proof will be sent via email to the client. If there needs to be any adjustments made to the design, then another proof will be sent to the client until the client is 100%  satisfied with the design.

Once I receive all printed work, I will contact the client to arrange for delivery or pick-up of products.
